The University of Pretoria is proud to announce the launch of the UK Friends of University of Pretoria Foundation on 5 February 2024. This marks a new chapter in our global network, and we are excited to share this momentous occasion with you.

Thanks to this charitable foundation, donors in the United Kingdom will now be able to receive a tax certificate and afford tax relief against their income.

We are honoured to have distinguished guest speaker Bruce Whitfield and the University’s Vice-Principal for Research, Innovation and Postgraduate Education, Prof. Sunil Maharaj, joining us to share their insights and contributions. This launch event promises to be a memorable occasion that will inspire and motivate all who attend.
